AZ DUI HelpThe Arizona State Laws regarding Driving Under the Influence (DUI) can be found under the Title 28 – Transportation Section Chapter 4. The range of statues starts with 28-1301 through 28-1467. A DUI in Arizona is defined as operating a vehicle with a blood alcohol concentration (BAC) of 0.08% or higher. It does not matter if your ability to drive was impaired, only that your BAC was 0.08% or higher. Further, by driving a vehicle in the State of Arizona you have consented to a chemical test in order to determine your BAC.
